New to the moka coffee world. Stopped 5/14 & really enjoyed it. I went back today and ordered the same coffee just a larger size. I realized I forgot an ingredient. I offered to pay thr 1 to have it added. David told me not to worry about it. He went back and made me a whole new one which was sweet. Everytime I'm in Madison Moka on E washington will be my 1st stop

I've been a customer since they opened this location in 2005. I'm their biggest fan. The coffee, food (Moka Bites!) and merchandise (so many cool mugs) are always ofexcellent quality and the pricing cannot be beat. As a person who loves ALL the coffee shops in town and who frequents them as a lifestyle (except the UW campus), I can tell you truly, MOKA is my favorite of the past 20 years. I worked at UW Madison from 2001-2019 and used to drive out of my way to get Moka in the mornings once a week back in the day as a treat. Now I work right by my favorite Moka as of 2020. The staff are so friendly and I can't tell you how many wonderful anecdotes I have of chatting with the wonderful folks at Moka waiting for my Sugar Free Black&White. They know me as the costumer who loves their stickers and will need to buy a new car once my visors are filled!

Love me some moka! They don't have these where I live and I miss them. The person who helped me was so friendly and we chatted and my drink was amazing! I forgot to take pictures it was so yummy LOL

Stacy, The GM @ This Specific Location , Is Absolutely Amazing. Never Been To A Moka Before, But She Alone Converted Me From Starbucks. She Was Extremely Friendly And Helpful. We Let Her Have Free Range On Making Our Drinks, As We Only Told Her What We Liked Favor Wise. She Went Above & Beyond In Her Service To Us. Now “MOKA” You’re Blessed To Have An Associate Like This, But I Firmly Believe That Stacy Missed Her Calling. She Is An Amazing Woman. & I Genuinely Appreciate Your Generosity Stacy. I've been coming here since I moved to Madison 4 years ago. Today I had the pleasure of the manager Stacy as well as Nevaeh taking care of all of my family's orders. Absolutely incredible service and product time and time again. Do yourself a favor, ditch Starbucks or Duncan and find your local coffee house and support it. 25 stars which compounds into a thousand stars based upon the times I've been here. So yeah, lots of stars

Fantastic place. Best to-go coffee that I have found in Madison. It's a drive-thru and they'll give you plenty of time to look at the menu.. I ordered a quad Americano and a quad latte.... that glorious angel did not even bat an eye at having to make eight shots of espresso for me. The latte was fantastic, I wish that I could drink 16 of them without dying. Get the latte man. An Americano is my standard coffee order and this is a great Americano. I bet all of their coffee is phenomenal I wish that I had found them on day one of my trip. Super affordable, great staff, easy to navigate drive-thru.
